Trained in mediation and negotiation, and with a decade of project management experience, Ashley works with individuals and teams going through periods of growth and transition, and helps them move through uncertainty to create more of what they want with less effort.

Lidia Akar

Lidia has over 15 years of international experience in digital transformation, marketing, and sales across various industries, including digital banking, telecommunications, retail, consumer electronics, SaaS solutions, start-ups, and e-commerce.

In her senior roles within both B2B and B2C companies, Lidia has led teams in planning and executing innovation projects, lead generation initiatives, and sales campaigns. She has also spearheaded the implementation of project management and agile methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness across organizations. Lidia has worked closely with and presented to C-level executives, government officials, clients, and investors.

As a coach, Lidia specializes in empowering leaders and non-native English speakers to overcome communication and confidence challenges. Her clients come from diverse sectors such as SaaS tech, textiles, banking, telco, healthcare, and academia. Rahim Moosa

Rahim Moosa is the Founder of DigitalQ, a boutique consulting and coaching firm that started as a digital transformation practice and is now focused exclusively on people based leadership development across product, technology and consulting organizations.<Rahim supports leaders as a Thinking Partner and Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  He has personally coached a cross section of more than 100 leaders in the tech industry since 2019.Using a coaching mindset and driven by leadership using data, Rahim draws from a wide spectrum of corporate experiences starting from his very first role in the .com era. His versatile approach has enabled him to succeed in both startup environments and global Fortune 500 companies while helping others embrace diverse perspectives and transformation.

Ruthana Seng

Ruthana has ~20 years of experience across a unique blend of senior marketing, consulting and coaching roles – and has worked with leaders at startups to the Fortune 500 in tech, CPG, real estate, higher education, e-commerce, manufacturing, private equity, media, crypto, professional services, restaurants, & venture capital. In her marketing and consulting roles, Ruthana partnered with the C-Suite to align business goals to brand strategy, full-funnel channel execution, and organizational culture to drive financial results. She’s led marketing, cross-functional, and external teams responsible for launching new B2B/B2C products and services.

Ruthana’s responsive coaching style and interdisciplinary approach draw from leadership development, organizational change, team performance, adult learning, design thinking, somatic, integration, and mindfulness to evoke grounded confidence & lasting change.
